If it is right so I can power arduino mini 3v3 with the two outputs of the voltage regulators or do I need to use the output of LM78L05 lm78l50 the gnd of LM79L It is very easy and straight forward to use this IC, just connect the input in to the input voltage which has to be regulated and the ground pin to system ground.
Rated reverse standoff voltage is always lower than breakdown voltage. That’s where the smaller capacitors take over and provide bypass.
During line transients, such as load dump when the input voltage can momentarily exceed the specified maximum operating voltage, the regulator will automatically shut down to protect both the internal circuits and the load. The LM78L05’s absolute maximum input voltage is only 35V. These “bypass capacitors”, as a rule of thumb, have to be located close to the devices being powered. TL dissipates unwanted current. So ditch the 79L05 and connect pin 4 of the INA to ground instead. Alternative Regulator for 78L The quiescent current with 1A of output current and an input-output differential of 5V is therefore only 30 mA. So, if you are looking for a smaller package of voltage regulator that has small current rating in TO package then this IC might be the right choice.
