And to be honest I don’t think that it is a bad book. I usually love the Grubbs and Dervish books, but this one really let me down.
We last saw Grubbs on a demon-ridden film set, rejecting his magical abilities in favour of a normal teenage life, having friends, staying out late, chasing girls. Grubbs is considered mentally mental. Jun 30, Madison Rene’ rated it it was amazing. Again Grubbs is developing as a character, although for completely different reasons to those in prior books. This fantastic installment in what has become a favorite series of mine, ends right in the middle of the big scene. Blood Beast – Darren Shan – Author
Lord Loss Darren Shan. The writing-style is poor as Shan attempts demonatx write such ordinary or even PTSD situations when it is too late to bring about teenage crush, merely a child’s death not that I’m cruel but why do I have to care so much about Loch with like more than pages describing how Grubb feels so lost after encountering him dying? Another well-paced book in the series, keeping you hooked from start to end.
I can never get enough of his stories. But whenever he wakes up, he shrugs them aside, not thinking twice about them, most likely because he just doesn’t want to know what they mean.
Cliffhangers aside, I don’t have a bad word to say about Blood Beast.

Shanand Lady of the Shades. I began to dislike Grubs’s attitude and his ultimate failing in this book to me was allowing Loch to bully Bill-E repeatitively, as it was both terrible to watch but evdn worse that he did nothing to stop it. Grubbs Grady has so far escaped the family curse, but when he begins to experience alarming symptoms at the onset of the full moon, he is scared that the jaws of fate are opening and about to swallow him whole.

The short format of the book is good because we have the cliffhanger and I think that book number six has to start immediatelly. Brast and try again. It is just boring for hundred and ten pages. Published June 4th first published January 1st Ew gross with the kissing Grubbs cradle-robber and then the licking of the blood off of Lord Loss’ face?! They didn’t only seem trivial to me, but quite stupid too.
Everytime he wakes up from his nightmare, he is always experiencing some magical moment. Well, just like the book I want to share with you my love for the series, the author, and the main character.

The cliffhanger ending was good too, my only complaint about this book is I would have liked more Dfmonata. And the way that Lord Loss wrapped his “arms” around her? He is having dreadful nightmares and suspects he might be turning into a werewolf.
This is the first book in the Demonata series that I didn’t particularly like.
